Our Mission

The mission of Pacific Substance Abuse Assessment & Treatment Services (PSAATS) is to provide clients with quick, convenient and confidential face-to-face and online substance abuse assessments required by the State for driver’s license restoration.  

Pacific also provides online treatment programs for clients who need, or are required, to complete substance abuse programming as part of their legal requirements.
