What is involved in a substance abuse assessment in Michigan?

A substance abuse assessment at Pacific Substance Abuse Assessment is a structured clinical interview with a credentialed counselor covering your substance use history, any legal or DOT events, treatment and recovery history, current supports, and relevant health and lifestyle factors. Supporting documents such as a driving record, court paperwork, or lab results may be requested. The counselor then prepares the written evaluation in the format the requesting agency requires.
